Tyson does amazing work! I had my house going through the loan process and the buyer had an out of state loan that took forever (4-5 months). Get's 'er done. Above and beyond describes the service you will get from Sunrise Land Company. Tyson was our listing agent when we sold our eastern Colorado farm. From our first communication, he was willing, motivated and able. We were selling from out of state so things could have been complicated. Tyson inspected the property initially and routinely checked on it throughout the process. After initial inspection, he gave us solid recommendations on how to proceed. Upon listing, he had buyers lined up and offers coming in. He negotiated with the buyers on our behalf bringing full price offers. When one buyer fell through, he already had a back up buyer in place and got the property closed quickly in the middle of the holiday season. Tyson went way out of his way to ensure everything was accomplished as smoothly as possible. We cannot say enough good things about Tyson and Sunrise Land Company.
