From our first communication, he was willing, motivated and able. We were selling from out of state so things could have been complicated. Tyson inspected the property initially and routinely checked on it throughout the process. After initial inspection, he gave us solid recommendations on how to proceed. Upon listing, he had buyers lined up and offers coming in. He negotiated with the buyers on our behalf bringing full price offers. When one buyer fell through, he already had a back up buyer in place and got the property closed quickly in the middle of the holiday season.
